Description

This chart shows the growth rates of G8 countries between 2001 and 2006. Canada has the highest rate, at 5.4%, just ahead of the United States at 5.0%. Then come Italy and France at 3.1%, the United Kingdom at 1.9%, Japan at 0.4%, Germany with zero growth, and Russia with a 2.4% decline.
